Banded IP profile

Please would it be possible to unband my exchange ip profile,have sent 2 support questions and rang the technical team too but too no avail , profile banded at 2.2meg maximum speed for line nearly 14 meg. last support question id was 67592116
here are my router stats as of now-

I'm sorry you couldn't get that change done on the phone, that shouldn't have been a problem - sorry for that!

thankyou for the swift response Chris, returned from work at 11pm Thursday night and profile still banded at 2.226meg, switched router off for 10 minutes still no change .

It looks as though your circuit is in the stabilisation period until 31/03/2013. We can't remove the banding until this period is over unfortunately. I will be here on Monday so I will get that sorted out for you on Monday.

Brilliant bank holiday service Chris, bandwith has shot up to 12.8meg still get speeds of under 2meg on speedtest.net though.

That's no problem at all Smiley
If you could log into your router and 'Disconnect' and 'Connect' again, it should update the Speed Profile which I've changed on our end so you see the speeds you should be getting.
