I am sick to death of dealing with this issue...
why on earth am I getting between 1 and 2 mb on a bb connection! my speed are normally 6-7 mb
and before i get the same questions again.
1, I am connected to the master socket.
2, Iit's not a problem with my pc I make them for a living and have tested my connection with a fresh install of windows.
3, This is has happened many times since I've been with plus net
after upgrading I would have suspected I would have a better service.
If my issue isn't dealt will be requesting a mac code
EDIT: after calling tech support it seems to be an issue with the plusnet supplied router

Hi there,
Looks from the contact on your account like the issue was resolved following a router reboot, glad to hear things are back as they should be. If it does start happening again regularly please let us know and we'll see what we can do for you.
