I must admit that not having a clue who baby Yoda is, presumably the OP's child, I failed to unerstand why this post is humerous.

Quite possibly, in the 70's there was a popular new movie franchise released called "Star Wars" and in it there was a character called Yoda who quickly became a fan-favourite. Fast-forward to 2019 and the latest instalment of what has now become a multi-billion, multi-generational franchise introduces a new child version of of this fan-favourite character's species called "The Child" who quickly becomes an internet hit lovingly referred to as "Baby Yoda".

I'm with @Baldrick1 on this as I don't watch that stuff - so could someone explain the link between the character mentioned and Minimum Guaranteed Speed which makes it on topic?

There isn't one, nor does there need to be one.  Help the person asking the question, or don't, but this is supposed to be a welcoming community so if you're not going to help there's no need to respond to the thread.  Use the General Chat board if you want to talk about something other than supporting people asking for help.
