BTw Diagnostic still borked?

Still can't get the full diagnostics for my plain ADSL 20CN connection obviously still not fixed, is this a Plusnet issue or BTw?

Sadly this is BT not recognising the correct details in their own databases.  I'll flag this to them though and try to get them to resolve.  It will take a while (iirc around a month, the last time I tried).

Wow I've been posting speedtest results to support for three weeks saying they're failing like this ... however this is the first time someone has said this ... typical!

Maybe you could spread this knownledge a bit wider please scrookes as it'd have saved me a lot of wasted time

Glad to hear this is working. On a positive note, BT have now identified a problem and are working to fix the speedtester for all customers.
