Is anyone else experiencing a problem with the BT checker today ?
All day it has given the following error message ;-
Unexpected result received when querying the network to find your services connection details. Please try again shortly, but if this problem persists raise the issue with your service provider.
Plusnet support say they are not aware of any issue
Incidentaly, thanks to all who replied to my long line router quertion.

It's just worked for me, no problems at all.
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:
Your DSL connection rate: 7488 kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 6500 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 5942 kbps

Tried it today no problems, I know you can only use the test after 3 hours from your last test. Did you leave it that long?
