BT speed checker estimate wrong - assume i can disregard the estimate

After been away for 3 yrs I am thinking of moving my line and bb back to PN Smiley
The BT speed checker gives an estimate of 3.5mb , i assume this info is out of date, as i sync at the full 8128kbps.
Am i correct in thinking if i switch ( 20CN exchange ) i will still sync at the full 8128kbps and can disregard the BT estimate.?
Kind Regards
Mike

Hi Mike,
Assuming that your service is currently 20CN, there is no reason why you speeds should drop from what you currently experience.
