BT rounded IP profile

Depends on the router - I do a soft resync with my Netgear using DMT or Routerstats

Is that a different option to the disconnect/reconnect on the connection status pop-up and the Reboot on the diagnostics page? Mines a V1 and I can't find a resync option.
Have you seen the sync speed change after using it?

Thanks for the explanation.
Have done a "hard" reset/resync - pulled the Router power plug and re-connected after about ten minutes.
Good news is that the BT Speedtester returned an IP Profile value of 15874 Kbps for a sync. rate of 17891 Kbps. Bad news is that the sync. rate is lower than last time I reconnected - but at least it's now using the new IP Profile method.
Will monitor over the next week or so and let you know if any problems.
  9=before plug pulled.
10=after re-connect.

You probably missed the edit - I use DMT or Routerstats

I have powered-off the router yet again and did yet another BT performance test (at 08:40) and took yet another screenshot (below).
The screenshot yet again shows a download value in round figures (3500).
I am now extremely frustrated by PN's and BT's inability to solve this problem.

Thank you for your considerable efforts over the last week or so, they have finally borne fruit.
My latest (09:05) BT test shows a profile of 3983.
