BT failed to keep appointment

I reported a problem of random disconnections and on Monday was given an appointment for a BT engineer to call on Tuesday between 1pm and 6pm. At 5:30 on Tuesday I added to the ticket that I still had not been contacted by BT and then again at 7:15 to say they hadn't visited at all. Through the whole of today, no-one in support has followed this up.  Is everyone out?

Really sorry to see your appointment didn't go ahead. I can see this is now booked in and confirmed for Monday 19th May,
