BT Wholesale Speed Test - Further Diagnostics is not working for FTTP

The Further Diagnostics page hasn't been working for a couple of days now. I get the following error if I put in my postcode and house number:
Quote
The Performance Test cannot proceed with the Post Code option as no suitable addresses have been found. Please check the post code or use the Service ID option to conduct the test.

If I then try my Circuit ID, I get an Apache page error.
Tried with neighbour's connection too (BT Retail) and he has the same problem.
Not sure if this problem is affecting FTTC users too.

Have you tried the postcode with and without the space in the middle?
It shouldn't affect FTTC as they put in the phone number not the postcode.

Re: BT Wholesale Speed Test - Further Diagnostics is not working for FTTP

Tried every possible combination - no space, space, lowercase, uppercase.
I wanted to see if my IP Profile has changed as I believe there were some major exchange updates and my d/l speed is faster than before/pings are generally lower too.
I'm aware about FTTC requiring a phone number, I was just wondering if that is affected to?

Re: BT Wholesale Speed Test - Further Diagnostics is not working for FTTP

Hi AndyH
I have just tried to run the "further diagnostics" when using the postcode and house number and all I get is that message.
It was working okay on Sunday morning as I was running speed tests for an ongoing intermittent speed issue (I had 0.3Mbps download on FTTP on Sunday!).
So something has change in the last few days.
Means if my issue re-occurs I will not be able to log a TAP3 test.
