BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test

Why am I getting this error? (Tested on Chrome + IE10)  see attached, thanks for any help.

Not sure, to be honest :/ We can certainly get it raised for you though if need be, but at present your speeds and profile look pretty good. Still worth popping some details on a ticket for our faults team to look at for you though.
EDIT: having said that, how long have you been receiving the error for? If this is the first time it might be worth just trying again in a couple of hours.

Matt the tester is working again. Really quite odd as I had the above error for an hour then it suddenly was working! My upload speed has dropped again (https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,117288.0.html) not sure if I
should report this or not?? (a drop of 6 Mbps upload is not great)

Drops such as yours are becoming increasingly common due to cross talk as more & more customers swx to fibre. Mine's decreased from 42 to 37-8 so I wouldn't worry too much. Wink

@tijara33 Thanks but it's not the download speed I've commented on it's the Upload speed - did yours drop as well?
