Re: BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test FTTC

I had give up on BTw performance tester, As BT don't care and the worse ever. I think it's time for plusnet to add BT Exchange IP Profile & PN Current Line Speed on the member account instead. So, we don't have to use BTw speedtest anymore. So, we can use other speedtest.net instead but the problem is to get profile rate from exchange doesn't always work. Fed up with it with BT but I haven't use BTw because I know my speed is fine so far getting 74/19. And can see the BTO modem full sync rate 80/20.

Re: BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test FTTC

Right,
Can I ask if anyone is having any further problems to provide some more screenshots please?
Can you ensure that they show/include the time/date in the bottom right hand corner?
This is for both TAP3 and the normal TAP Test.

Re: BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test FTTC

Hi Guys,
I am new to the service (yesterday) but I am also having problems. It just says " sending results to server" and flashes twice and then it says there was an error

Re: BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test FTTC

I think i'll leave it a few weeks and see if it works then. I'm happy with the service too much to really care about it Smiley
Edit:: Thank you it's working now Smiley  Cheesy

Re: BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test FTTC

We've got several teams with BT working on this at the moment. I met up with some of the chaps yesterday and I feel like we're making headway on the issue now.
I'll keep you posted but don't be alarmed if I don't have anything until the end of next week.

Re: BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test FTTC

A fix went out last night which we're hoping may have fixed the issue.
Would anyone be able to test this for us at all?

Slightly O/T, but is the Tap3 test ever going to be fixed? Hasn't worked for months.
