BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test - 0.08MB download result

I've been having problems around 9pm onwards for the last couple of nights with download speeds/connectvity.
Tonight I ran the BT Wholesale speed test and got the result of 0.08MB download.
I've tried using the fault check but get a "Troubleshooter Error: try again later"
Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Replaced microfilter - no difference
Replaced Router with plusnet router 2704N - no difference

https://www.speedtest.net/ - gives a "Latency test error"

Hello @jono1001,
I am sorry to hear this and welcome to the forums. I have checked with our supplier and they have advised that there is no indication of capacity issues at the exchange and our tests are not highlighting any issues.
There were 3 drops last night after 21:00, can you advise if this was you resetting/rebooting the router? The speed tests that you have attached were this via a wired or wireless connection?

3 drops are likely to be reboot, change from BT to PlusNet hub and change back to BT hub.
All tests via Wi-Fi as I have no wired connection.
Not likely a WiFi issue as sat close to router (on master socket) and the morning scenario is the same.
Anything I can run to check issues when it occurs ~9pm ...?

Thanks for getting back in touch with us.
As @SammyM testing is not identifying any issues - therefore we really would need wired connection tests conducted at your end. WiFi is merely an optional alternate gateway to access the internet - a wired LAN (Ethernet) connection is always the primary connection method, and is the only one which can be guaranteed on both speed and stability.
There are a large number of potential reasons for slow speeds and sometimes these are difficult to track down.
If these issues do not appear on Wired tests, them it's likely the problem lies between your router and your devices which we don't have visibility of.
Unfortunately due to the way WiFi works there are a lot of environmental factors which can affect the wireless signal.
Have you tried changing the wireless channels? If not, then please follow the steps here.

What wired tests would I need to run?
I can resurrect a Linux box but would need to know that the effort would be worthwhile, i.e. not requiring Windows platform.
I'm assuming the change of wireless router would have eliminated some WiFi issues, but understand there are other potential factors.

No issues seen tonight. Will keep an eye for the rest of the week and update.
