Anyone else having problems with the 2nd part of the BTW speedtest?
Just hangs on "Sending Results To Server" for ages & then comes back with this,
Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information.


Have tried it twice with the same outcome.

Are you on fibre? Seems to happen to new fibre users until they've been on FTTC for 14 days, then it starts working again.

same happens to me regular, so what i do is wait for page to load for about 20 seconds then click the back arrow.

Same here when it does this trick. Trust BT to put up with it!!

BT are still investigating.
They know what's wrong with TAP3 and Further Diagnostics issue so they're working out a plan with the Development Team on getting this sorted. It's not a quick fix but it is being looked/worked on.
