BT Speed test IP profile stuck at 2000kbps on a healthy adsl line

As title states I have a healthy ADSL line which should equate to an IP profile of 7150 kbps. However I have a BT IP profile of 2000 kbps and its been lik ethis for a number of weeks with noticeably decreased performance. I logged a ticket via Plusnet a week ago and was told some automatic restrictions were on my line which had been reset 24 hours ago. I still have the same issue. Can someone help get my BT speedtest IP profile set to 7150 kbps. According to Plusnet the profile they see is 7150 but I do not see this with BT speedtest results, I assume the profile is stuck on BT wholesale side for some reason.

I hope so as its running slow at the moment and has been for a few months. Very frustrating as I have a good sync speed etc on the line but BT wholesale think it isnt Smiley
