I tried to test my broadband speed test with BT like I do from time to time but I was unable to do so because my flash player needed to be updated I was going to do this but I noticed this download as viruses,is it safe to go ahead.
If you're going to download/install any Adobe updates, it's always best to do so from their website such as this: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If you have <a href="https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html">Google Chrome</a> then you shouldn't need to update it as it's automatically updated from within the browser.
