BT Speed Test History?

Having read a lot of posts about speed issues, and having eventually got my own speed sorted out. I wonder if there is a case to be made for making a regular (say, once a week) BT speed test....
As I understand it, the results are logged by both BT and Plusnet, and the information suppled at BT end, is used as part of any "fault finding/recovery" process.
If regular speed tests are carried out by customers, then a "history" would also be available, to the "technical" bods that could possibly help to resolve the problems (if any) more quickly.....
Can anyone advise if this is a good idea?

Personally I think it's not a bad idea, I've suggested similar things previously. However it's worth noting that the results aren't logged by us, we can obtain them via a linetest but it only shows the most recent few IIRC.

OK.... then I shall continue to do it .... probably every Monday morning.... when it is busy ! ! ....  Smiley
