BT Major Service Outages notifications

I wonder if BT have gone to sleep!
The last entry on http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/mso.php was on 23/09/07 - 5 days ago!
I've never known BT to be fault free for so long!

Re: BT Major Service Outages notifications

Hi there,
Thanks for pointing it out. They've definitely not gone to sleep if my inbox is anything to go by! Wink
I'll ask Colin to take a look into why the Usertools site isn't updating.

Bob
It appears that the BT major outages at http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/mso.php and LLU outages at http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/llu.php have not been updated for several days.
BT major outages can be seen at http://help.btinternet.com/yahoo/help/servicestatus/ and tiscali outages including LLU which may be of use to PlusNet LLU users may be viewed at http://www.tiscali.co.uk/cgi-bin/status.cgi
Hopefully the updating of the PlusNet Usertools site will be fixed soon.

Re: BT Major Service Outages notifications

Hi there.
Colin, who looks after that script for the usertools site is off for a couple of days. This has been flagged to him and I'm sure he'll take a look when he gets back on Monday.

It's been acknowledged that the BT feed is broken. The LLU announcements though are added manually by the Comms team from emails received from Tiscali - They're working as expected (I've just added the Worcester Park outage).

That doesn't look exhaustive to me. Our MSO reporting is taken straight from a feed that Wholesale provide. It includes many outages that aren't mentioned on that Yahoo page.

As mentioned, we get emailed these anyway.

Re: BT Major Service Outages notifications

Thanks Colin.  BT seems to have caught up and there is an LLU entry in the service status.
