HH5 type A updated the firmware then it started rebooting all the time. the suggested solution was to reset to factory defaults - which I did and it seemed to clear the issue.

Tried again this morning, did a factory reset and changed nothing apart from entering my Plusnet username and password. Just got in for lunch and found it spent the whole morning rebooting every ten minutes or so Sad
This is what you get in the logs, I've cut out the bit in between:

I'm sure this will have been taken into consideration but just to make sure I'll ping an email over to the team involved and make sure the matter has been brought to their attention.

Whilst you're doing that then I would strongly suggest that you look at a router with a Broadcom based DSL chipset.  Without doubt they seem to be performing better on VDSL than any other the other chipsets we've tested so far.
- even when used on ECI cabs which have Lantiq chipsets.
Another advantage of the BCM based routers is that they should be natively supported by DSLstats, which is far more comprehensive than routerstats and provides information specific to VDSL troubleshooting.

Re: BT HUB 5

So long as the data is made available, it doesn't really matter if a particular program already supports it or not.
