Hi,
My BT profile is 38714 (as on BT speed tester 5 mins ago) yet the one in my PNaccount is 37MB?
Any reason for this and does it make a difference anyway?
Thanks.

Hi Olifran,
37Mbps is the highest profile available on our network layer. It is configured slightly lower than the BT network profile (IP profile/bRAS profile) to ensure that our network controls the QoS for your connection and that your experience is as advertised. The difference in profile will cause a small difference in your overall speeds but the difference is negligible considering the high bandwidth of your connection.
Any further questions let us know.
