BT FTTC Exchange Lists - what does (B) mean?

Looking through the list of announced exchanges for fibre roll-out, I notice that some of them have (B) after the county name.
What is the significance of this?

Why worry about it and if you do why post here and not in chit chat? It's to do with the Council area so perhaps it's Borough?

As far as I can see, all the county names with (B) after them are not counties, they're either towns, cities or districts (presumably these are Unitary Authorities rather than County Councils).
