BT Engineer Visit dates - Please book

Re Fault Ticket 36245505
There is currently a dummy appointment booked for my broadband fault and I need to provide dates for a BT engineer to visit. Could you please book the engineer as soon as possible with one of the following
3rd Nov AM (preffered)
4th Nov AM (2nd choice)
5th Nov AM
I have updated my ticket but the forum tends to get picked up quicker than the fault ticket. I hope that is ok.
