BT Callout Query

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a charge for cancelling a BT call out via the plusnet support team?
I booked a BT engineer visit via the plusnet support team for this Friday.
I have returned from holiday today to find that something personal has come up and I can no longer ensure I will be home at the time specified, and therefore need to cancel the appointment and rebook at a convenient time.
I would have called the support team and asked but they're obviously closed now.

Crikey! Wasn't aware they'd be open now! Just called anyhow, and cancelled without any charges.
