Re: BGN,s

I assume the planned maintenance didn't go entirely according to plan, although presumably it was scheduled so that there would be time to do further work afterwards if necessary.
Ignoring the glitch on the graph shortly before 14:00, the users online graph shows the number of users on pcl-bng01 falling with corresponding increases across other gateways, so that the total online stayed about the same.

Re: BGN,s

Still nothing?
Can we have a progress report please... the gateway Im on is showing signs of congestion and looking at the graphs there isnt really any where to aim to hop to.  All look pretty full.

Re: BGN,s

I assume 195.166.130.164 is the recently added pcl-bng03.

Re: BGN,s

I'd guess you're right. Not sure whether or not the public graphs have been plugged into it either.

Cheers Bob..  but  its not too hot either and also congested.
Average http download speed is 32Mbps.  Sad
Have to open a few threads to get full speed.

Re: BGN,s

OK.. so are all of the pipes congested or what?
Ive tried yet another hop and Im still only getting speeds in the 30Mbps range on http.  I have to open several threads to get line speed.
Now on pcl-bng01

The silence from Plusnet on whats going on is dreadful, its been over 2 weeks now so surely there must be something you can tell us  Sad

Re: BGN,s

Its been carp all night despite trying numerous gateways.  Tonight is definitely the worst I've ever seen it.  Its now 11:30pm and my speeds are just about (but not quite) back to normal.
Gawd this reminds me of 2006 - Did I just enter a time warp?
The thing that is really annoying now..  the total lack of communication coming from Plusnet.  All we've had is 2 weeks of silence. Lips_are_sealed
If they came out and held their hands up and said something like:
oh hey we've got a problem in that Junos can only support 'x' number of sessions {been there in the past} or we're running short on capacity and waiting BTw to light some more/add another end point {been there, numeorus times} then at least we dont feel like mushrooms in the dark and we know a solution is hopefully coming soon.
I think we are now long overdue that explanation.  Sad
