The information that I'm getting shows that the hardware was delivered on July 2nd.
From what you're saying this is a little off the truth?
I've got my hardware guy to have a look, and he's seeing it as being delivered on the 7th (which is different to what I could see!). His BT contact isn't available sadly though, but he'll try and chase this tomorrow.

Very strange.
The 2nd was the date the rma was actioned by you.
The 7th was yesterday and it wasn't delivered then.

My Product guy is trying to get hold of BT to chase this but he's having trouble getting through to them. He's keeping on trying though.

It's now been 9 days since you actioned the rma and sent out the new modem, and still it hasn't arrived.
Please can you tell me what's happening?

Hi,
it's been nearly 2 weeks now since I reported a faulty modem and James supposedly actioned a replacement and returns bag be sent out to me. Needless to say they haven't arrived.
Please can somebody look into this?
