BBC iplayer loads on all devices but won't play video.

For the last two weeks BBC iplayer loads on all devices but won't play video.

We have previously been able to watch iplayer content on smart TV, laptop, and mobile phone.

We have no issues with Amazon and Netflix and can only assume that BBC has an issue with our IP.

Does it give any error messages or anything else that might indicate what sort of problem it encounters?
