BBC international IP address

Hi
After todays outage http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1333103334.htm
I appear to have an IP address [37.152.xxx.xxx] in a range that the BBC consider to be outside the UK.
The BBC FAQ is at http://iplayerhelp.external.bbc.co.uk/help/outside_the_uk/told_not_in_uk and it indicates that only the ISP can register the IP address range as being UK located.
Can I request the PlusNet register this range?

Well it was a long way down the list, I just knew it was there and had to look for it
