You do realise the total annoying Irony of asking somone with dead slow BB speed to use internet to access more pages and reports

There would be no problem whatsoever in providing the information requested with the speeds you are reporting

The Speed Tester on our website isn't producing accurate results at the moment.

Plusnet giving average of 4000kbps download for most of today.
BT as per attachment.
BB speedchecker is 8Mb/s
having trouble understanding what my speed should be exactly as per my contract.

Hi,
Can you please explain how you've got your connection set up. Are you connected via Ethernet or Wireless?
If Wireless, would you be able to try the tests via Ethernet, just so we can rule out a Wireless Issue?
Your Speed Estimates are 11Mb for your line, so we're looking to try and get your speeds up to around that figure.
