BB outages early 8 Jan

My Broadband Quality Monitor shows several huge packet losses between 01.30 & 04.30 this morning, 8 Jan. Am I correct in assuming that these will have been caused by the planned maintenance as per Chris's service notice?

Possibly, it's pretty tricky to pin that kind of thing down though. Keep an eye on it and let us know if it happens again.

Looks like 'eveyrone' had something happening at 3:30 and 4:30

Re: BB outages early 8 Jan

It could have been something at the thinkbroadband end. As it's affected all the graphs I think that is more likely.
Edit: Thanks for this topic - I swapped routers yesterday and due to this topic realised I'd neglected to enable pings!

Blimey, praise indeed from one of the experts! Thanks jelv. Cheesy
Since 04.30 everything has returned to normal so I'll see what happens during tomorrow morning's maintenance cycle.
