Can anyone tell me where i can find how much MB usage i am using at any time,cheers

Erm? your description is a little vague.. if were talking about PN...
VMBU overview page - available from logging into memebers centre, then "view my usage" on the nav bar
VMBU Day-by-Day for 1 month page and 3 month summary but this info is usually 2-3 hours behind..?
If you want to monitor in real time you need something like Networx installed on your machines (you can even "link" them together so they all report whats being used on your line, on the machine your using!)
