Hi I am and have been having probs again with my B.B. i have done speed tests on desktop and laptop
my speed returns
DWNLD 6.28---UPLOAD=0.36----PING= 63.00
Iwas having dissconection probs and the plusnet guy turned speed down since then I can not browse the net at any reliable speed ( pages dont load ) and my youview box buffers when waching IPlayers , it even buffers on YOUTUBE.
can someone please check my line B.B. supply and check to find the fault
