Awful speed again

Thought I would do a speed test as I am awake at silly o'clock.  Hope there is a problem with their site?

Thought I would try a different speed test....

Hmm, that does seem a little odd.
I wonder if there's something funky going on with your profile on our suppliers back end - I'll check this on Monday because your speeds shouldn't be varying to that extent.
Do you have a fault ticket open or had one open recently?

Wanted to watch Top Gear online while my wife watched Call the Midwife,but gave up in the end as it just kept stopping and starting.

I've a feeling your connection has been suffering from some poor performance we've seen over the weekend.
Our Networks Team are investigating this issue under Problem 79445.

Glad it wasn't just me then.  Thought my connection was going up the swanny again after being stable for almost a week.
