Does the BT include any calls (e.g. evenings & weekends)?

No, I used my own which is definitely Market 1.
The exchange for the postcode you sent shows TalkTalk on SamKnows so there's a good chance it's in market B on the new classification.

Re: Aware of competition? Hope customer will not notice.

Wel if it is then I need to ring PN as they are still charging £22,49 for ADSL!
I appologise Mike, I was simply going on this which is their next door neighbour's house number

Everything says Market 1 and even when FTTC hits end of the year it probably still won't change.

at least he could have it at that if he agreed to another 12 months. Luckily now we have our own access he's having it at wholesale price which is much less than that anyway . I did try to change my dads in his account and PN want that 25 from him like you said jelv, so why are they offering it for £18 - this is what gets me mad and is part of the reason I stumped up to get BTW access.

Yes - and all I am doing is pointing out that, according to PN's live ordering system - they it's not.
Market 1 On 12 Month Contract
PN broadband 2.50 Line Rental 15.95 = 18.44
BT broadband 5.00 Line Rental 15.99 = 20.99
What can't speak can't lie etc..

Corrected figures:
Market 1 On 12 Month Contract with like for like call plan
PN broadband 9.99 Line Rental 15.95 Evenings & weekends 2.00 = 27.94
BT broadband 5.00 Line Rental 15.99 = 20.99

BT broadband 5.00 Line Rental 15.99 = 20.99

Like I said, I was going on what the live PN ordering system was giving me at the time. it's a dam mystery as to why the price 3 feet to the left is £7 a month more than 3feet to the right.

Re: Aware of competition? Hope customer will not notice.

Have you checked whether your exchange is Market A or Market B as the new products use that definition and not the Market 1,2,3 ones

Re: Aware of competition? Hope customer will not notice.

How would I find that out? Don't PN charge the same? If it's a B and they are still charging him for the A they will be finding a claim against them for overcharging. He's moving anyway
If a customer does not keep on top and get the best deal it's their doing but if the exchange classification changes then how is the customer meant to know that? and that's wrong if charging is not automatically changed

This is one post where it was stated http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,116477.msg1114478.html#msg1114478
I haven't bothered digging back to find the source
Note that you actually posted in that thread where it was being discussed and complained about it
