Awaiting switch on

As the title says.

Got a text today at 13:15 to say my service would be active by midnight. I know it is only 20:35, but I have had no further communication yet

@Quinny1 - you won't get any .more. I suggest you turn the Hub on and see what happens.

I’m so sorry for how long it’s taken to get back to you! We’re quite busy right now, so it’s taking longer than we’d usually like to get back to customers. 

 

It may take any time up to midnight on the activation date for your service to start working. Is it working now?
