Authorisation failed

Authorisation failed

Checked my router and order status and says my order has been complete.
I connect the router and connect to web I get a pop up and input my details, and the authorisation fails.
Internet light is off, and turns red when I press the connect button.

Can someone please help me out with this please?

Just to explain the above, we hadn't received notification from our suppliers that the order was complete when you were trying earlier. We've since received that notification, so your account has activated - which is why you're connected Smiley
