Authentication fails on router, but works fine on website??

Hi all,
As per title really. Was switched onto 21cn yesterday (24th). I've got sync and the router is detecting 2+ but the username and password are being rejected (I've checked syslog and maintenance on dsl-2640b which confirm this), even though the user and password are fine on here.
Here's my settings:
(My username)@plusdsl.net
Vci/vpi 0/38
PPPoA/VC-Mux
I tried changing my password on the website, which worked, but I'm still getting auth errors on the router.
If there's any Plus staff around can you check for a stale session etc on my line? Cheers.

Hiya,
Is your router using the most recent version of Firmware?
I'm not seeing any attempted connection attempts from our end.

Does your router get the PPP authenticated ?Huh
I know mine was not authorising - the reason behind this was the PPP was not connecting/authenticating properly
Try changing it from PPPoA VC mux to ...  PPPoA LLC ... and try onnecting again.
(IMy router is similar, its a  DSL-2740B Router btw)
