Authentication failed

(I'm using iPhone) Hello I'm having problems my router internet light is Constantly changing from green to red every 2secs, i Then logged in on 192.168.1.254 Seen that it said Disconnected i then clicked connect 5secs later it says Connection could not be established: Authentication failed?, My internet bill is due now i'm worried if i Pay it i won't be getting service Sad  Update: Now theres no light showing on internet all other 4 Lights green.

Could this have something to do with me not paying my Bill? If it is i'll happily Pay it, Just find it pretty odd it's never done this before.
"Once we've received your payment any service restrictions we've made will be removed"  If it is something to do with my Bill i don't understand Why it won't let me past thomson gateway , It shows Username and Password Then a Connect button. i Press Connect Can see something loading then Authentication failed...

I don't recall having seen authentication fail due to bill payment. I think others have reported that, when browsing the internet, the browser displays a warning message about paying the bill.
PN staff will probably only see this on Monday morning. If you want a faster response, phong the support desk is probably faster right now. Residential support numbers:

The latter is more likely to be included in mobile contracts.

Payed the bill, Then connected working fine now.

Definitely just a coincidence that you experienced a loss of connection around the same time as the billing issue.
