Welcome to Plusnet and welcome to the forums. There's nothing stopping you using the broadband now and you *won't* incur any additional charges in doing so.

You can stay on BT and use your PN router - I do.

I'm afraid not.
Was the £122-50 for the line activation?
As I read it, you probably took out a 12 month contract(?) with BT and terminated it early.
So you still have to pay the remainder - which is probably more than £72???
Just to aggravate you further, you probably didn't know that BT and Plusnet are both wholly owned by the same parent company. Cheesy
I bet you are now on a probable 18 month contract with Plusnet.
Broadband over a phone line is not a phone call - so it's free of charge (of course you need to pay for the line rental).
