Are these stats normal.


Could someone advise if the stats below are normal and to be expected. Line speed used to sync'd at 8128 now as you can see this is down to half the figure to change is the sync speed the snrs etc are the same as always with the exception of regular made intermitant changes in downstream margin when the street lights come on. Previous download tests used to show download more than my current sync speed.

I have a adslnation plate fittied with no ring wire. I have good duty cable between socket and router. Can anyone suggest another site i could use to ping and get reliable results.
it's ben suggested I may have an issue with my line but as the conversations are ok with no static I'm not sure what could be done. Can anyone advise?
