Are all PlusNet IP addressed banned at Spamcop.net

In the fight against Spam I often report message headers to the www.SPAMCOP.NET website.
Today I got a 401 message saying my IP address was banned from the site.  I am wondering if other Plusnet users have had thiesame problem?
I am on DHCP which is fine for me, I am wondering if there is a way for me to to drop the lease on this address and get a new (different) one.
I doubt that I have a botnet sending spam or anything like that but any advice on how I might regain access to the site.

Whilst it's not a customer IP address, I am able to access that site perfectly fine from work.

The site is OK for me on a static IP.
