Are Plusnet trying to force longer term users on to BBYW?

The usage allowance has been increased for BBYW users. The allowance for Broadband Premier users has not. We pay more but get no upgrades. Are they, not so subtly, trying to force everybody on to BBYW?

Barry.

Re: Are Plusnet trying to force longer term users on to BBYW?

This is the nature of product upgrades unfortunately. We had the same things happening when we stopped supporting the old home accounts in favour of premier and plus.
We can't realistically support more than one product set, and the nature of the broadband industry is that it is fast moving and constantly evolving. We have to move with the times, or drown.
