Are Plusnet blocking Youtube?

Every time I go to Youtube the page constantly hangs with a 'waiting for s.ytimg.com' message in my browser.  The page won't even load up. This is the only site that's having problems.
Speed is fine.  Latency is fine. connection is fine.

We're not blocking Youtube
Cleared cookies and cache? Tried an alternate browser? Any other issues with Flash?

Deleted cookies and cache, flash is fully up to date and working fine and no matter what browser I try (FF, IE, Chrome, Opera, Safari) it still hangs on 'waiting for s.ytimg.com'

Ah, I see!  I'll try adding that entry to my HOSTS file and see if that helps.
