Anyone here with a B&W A5 speaker system

Was about buy one today till I was told to check that my wireless system will support it as the speaker system won't work on wireless N. so is the Technicolor 582n easy to set to work with it or is it already set as g and n by default as I can't see any setting on router settings.

Re: Anyone here with a B&W A5 speaker system

Hi rookey,
I believe it's set to g+n by default, but the only way of changing the protocol is via telnet and the CLI I'm afraid.
The command you need to run on the CLI interface is:
:wireless radio interop 802.11b/g

If you add a /n to the end of the above command it'll set things back to how they are by default, but as all protocols are enabled it should work fine with the A5 (which does look very good indeed).
If you do want to run the command anyway though and are not sure how to do so there's a good guide here: http://npr.me.uk/telnet.html
