Anyone having problems with TPB?

I know some companies have blocked it, but as far as I know Plusnet haven't yet.  That said though, for some reason the site won't open and I'm getting this -

You tried a reboot to get on a different gateway?  (I know we appear to have had a bit of oddness with some gateways not seeing stuff)

No luck, re-booted got a different gateway and now it's worse.

Fair enough, but that's not going to allow me to grab the files I need now.

This looks to be an external routing issue than something in our network.
I suspect this is either in Level 3 transit, or quite possibly at Portlane again.
I am connecting on another provider right now and my traces are bouncing between two gateways in Telehouse North.

In follow-up, I have checked with a few other providers using their public access trace tools. It looks like something has died as none of them appear to be able to route.

Just caught up with our Head of Operations and he hasn't authorised any change for TPB, so yeah, it sounds like a failure as Phil suggested.

Some further reading confirms that TPB are indeed seeing routing issues, rather than expected downtime.
