Anyone else having a slowdown today?

It seems all day, Youtube has been slow.
Quite often failing to load anything in 720/1080p and if it does load, I tend to need to leave it paused for a few minutes to be able to watch it through.
Speedtest.net coming back with anywhere between 1-3mbps down but 19mbps up. This is on ptw-ag01.
ptw-ag02 seems to be an improvement. Speedtest.net still only showing around 50mbps rather than the usual 73.

We're having a few problems with PTW-AG01 at the moment as can be seen here: http://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&support_action=messages&ispservice_id=adsldial - if you disconnect and connect again, as you have done and land on a different gateway, you should see an improvement.
Our Networks Team are continuing to investigate the issue with the affected gateway at the moment.
