Anyone Help!!!!
Right got a new socket fitted by BT on monday as it was the old style one and my caller ID wasnt working, great my sync is now between 4704 and 5152 however my profile says 4000 but the speed is still stuck at the old speed of around 2500. Using speedtest from plusnet it says im getting around 2mb and bt says:

For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.

Your DSL Connection Rate :4704 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)

Clearly I think my profile is stuck, my router has been restarted and this hasnt helped
