I have called the helpdesk a couple of times. The first time, the wait was 30 minutes. This time the automated system says that there is a 1 hour wait.
I also did this thing where I was supposed to save money by paying 12 months in advance and it turns out that they have been charging me the full monthly amount each month (double charging me) the last few months...
Lastly, I was suppose to get a "reward" as a part of the sign up deal - basically a cashback - which has also not turned up (it's currently more than 4 weeks since they said they would send this out).
I wonder how many people forget about the cash back...
