Any staff here?

Hi, my line has become really slow recently. I spoke to someone on the PN team today but may still have to wait 50+ hours before it becomes fast again. Anyone here that can maybe push it forward a bit! it is very slow..

The Digital Care Team usually frequent this forum during office hours so you may not get a response until Monday morning.
If you've had a low sync event which has caused the equipment in the exchange to increase your SNRM then it can take some time to recover.

Thanks. I am getting terribly low speeds. Apparently it could be due to the fact that i reset the router, but to be honest only did so once my speeds were low. Strange.

Have you exceeded your usage allowance?
What are your router stats (see the stickied post at the top of this forum).

It should have picked up by now. I'll try resetting the line and see if that gives it a kick.
