Re: Any help please?

Turn your router off for a few minutes and then try again. It looks like it dodn't establish a proper connection with Plusnet.

Re: Any help please?

I've turned it off several times, aswel as restoring it & resetting the modem.
After going through the "Set Up" options again I always get the same outcome, which is that page.
Thanks for looking  Smiley

Re: Any help please?

Yes, it is supplied by PlusNet.
The first time it was plugged in was yesterday.

Re: Any help please?

It is quite likely that although you have received the router and it connects to the BT systems in the exchange either the configuration hasn't been completed or the automatic system hasn't informed Plusnet
You can either wait  (impatiently  ;D) for a rep to turn up tomorrow or call Plusnet and see if they can expedite it,

Re: Any help please?

I don't see what else I can do, I've been looking through guides trying to figure it out for atleast 3 hours.
Thanks for the help, hopefully get it sorted soon. Smiley

Re: Any help please?

You can't do anything else - it is now down to BT/Plusnet but you should leave the router connected and it should sort itself out via the automatic configuration system

Re: Any help please?

I know it's a silly question but...Have you had the call from PN to say that your broadband is active?
I had my router for 2 weeks before the service was active - it was murder waiting.

Re: Any help please?

No, we haven't had a call, but the broadband connects & the light comes on so I assume it's all up & running?
Only issue I have is that BT page blocking sites.

Re: Any help please?

As I said earlier
Part of the job is done - this is why you see the broadband light but there is still a bit to do before you can to connect to Plusnet

Re: Any help please?

I got a reply from a worker of the site, saying my broadband has not yet been connected, just wondering if anyone could tell me when it should be up & running?
I recieved the modem through the post on Friday the 17th.

Re: Any help please?

Hi Danielle,
Your order has now completed and I have performed some maintenance on your account so that you should be able to connect.  You need to go into the router and make sure your log in details are correct. These will be:
Username= yourusername@plusdsl.net
Password= your account password (case sensitive)
Any problems then just give us a shout.
