Have Plusnet made any requests to BT for FTTC to be installed at particular exchanges? I understand that BT take ISP requirements into account when deciding which exchanges should be upgraded to FTTC.
That is news to me... Even if that were true, there has been no requests made by Plusnet for people to express an interest so I can't see how Plusnet can give the evidence to BT.
Plusnet know where there existing customers are, and how much they use the Internet. That is quite probably a good indication of how likely they are to adopt FTTC. dick:quote
