I have been experiencing slow speeds since last Friday. Initially it was almost zero upload speed but by Tuesday upload speed was back to normal ( around 300Kbs) but download was down to about half normal speed - normal being around 6Mb. I know of 3 other Plusnet customers in the local area (within 15 miles) on different Exchanges all with the same problem. Tickets have been raised but as yet no explanation as to the problem. To me it looks like a BT or Plusnet issue rather than an end user problem, if this is the case why don't PN just say so?
